The Mount is a large development of two and three bedroom properties, consisting in total of 105 houses, 12 apartments and 20 bungalows. The scheme involved close collaboration between Branley Homes, Manchester City Council and Great Places Housing Association and received praise for its contribution to the regeneration of the Levenshulme area.
Branley Homes was shortlisted as a finalist for the North West LABC Building Excellence Awards 2017 for its work on this development.
