Barry Rise is a contemporary, six bedroom, detached family home, located in the heart of Bowdon.
The property benefits from high end bespoke features throughout, including a home cinema, gym, sauna and cocktail bar.

Cornhill Road, Urmston

Cornhill Road is a small development located in Urmston and consists of three, four bedroom detached properties. The homes have a stylish and contemporary design and benefit from an integrated garage and private garden.

The Grange, Timperley

The Grange situated in Timperley offers a choice of twenty, two and three bedroom homes and twelve, two bedroom cottages. This development was sold exclusively to Great Places Housing Association.

Braintree Road, Wythenshawe

Braintree Road is situated in a well-established residential area of Wythenshawe and consists of twelve, two bedroom bungalows and eight, two bedroom apartments. The 12 bungalows were sold to Adactus Housing Association with the eight apartments sold privately.

Roseneath Road, Urmston

Roseneath Road is one of Urmston’s most popular roads and is now home to a small development of two, three bedroom semi-detached homes and one, three bedroom detached house, each benefiting from en-suite bathrooms and a study. This scheme was sympathetically designed to blend in with the existing street scene of predominantly Victorian period properties.

Wood Road North, Old Trafford

This project comprises of eight terraced townhouses and six, four bedroom semi-detached properties located in a residential area of Old Trafford. The development proved popular due to its excellent transport links and proximity to both Manchester City Centre and the trendy suburbs of Chorlton and Didsbury.

Branley Homes was shortlisted as a finalist for the Housebuilder Awards 2017 in the category of Best Customer Satisfaction Initiative.

Victoria Avenue, Blackley

Victoria Avenue is a development of twelve, three bedroom semi-detached homes in Blackley, three miles north of Manchester city centre.

These 3 bedroom properties offer generously proportioned rooms including fully fitted kitchen/family room to the rear with patio doors onto the garden and a spacious lounge to the ground floor, whilst the first floor has a master bedroom with en suite, 2 further bedrooms and a family bathroom.
