We recently obtained planning permission for the construction of 8, four-bedroom, three storey townhouses on the site of the former Northern Moor Medical Centre on Moorcroft Road in Northern Moor. Construction will commence in March 2020. and delivery is anticipated for early 2021.
The houses will provide contemporary, practical living with high-spec fixtures/fittings and appliances. The development is a 5-minute walk from the nearest Metrolink Station and the M56, M6, M60 and M62 are within easy access.
This development is registered under the Government backed “Help to Buy” scheme. More information to follow in due course.
We recently secured planning permission for the construction of a state of the art clubhouse and 74 new build homes at the site of the existing Whitehouse Club on Middleton Road, Crumpsall. This is a large-scale scheme and involved close collaboration with Manchester City Council during the planning process.
We will be commencing construction of the new clubhouse in June 2020 with the residential phase comprised of 24, two-bedroom apartments and 50, two and three bedroom houses to follow in 2021.
This is an exciting scheme, which will provide much needed sustainable housing in the Crumpsall & Prestwich areas. We will also be delivering a portion of the new housing on site via a local Housing Association. Further information will follow in due course.
