PLANNING APPROVAL OBTAINED: WHITEHOUSE CLUB, MIDDLETON ROAD, CRUMPSALL

We are delighted to announce we recently secured planning permission for the construction of a state of the art clubhouse and 74 new build homes at the site of the existing Whitehouse Club on Middleton Road, Crumpsall. This is a large-scale scheme and involved close collaboration with Manchester City Council during the planning process.

We will be commencing construction of the new clubhouse in June 2020 with the residential phase comprised of 24, two-bedroom apartments and 50, two and three bedroom houses to follow in 2021.

This is an exciting scheme, which will provide much needed sustainable housing in the Crumpsall & Prestwich areas. We will also be delivering a portion of the new housing on site via a local Housing Association. Further information will follow in due course.
